
Pre-Construction
Once the client agrees to the contract, we need to decide how often and what kind of meetings we’ll have with them. The number and type of meetings will depend on the services that the YVR team has promised to provide.
To avoid any hold-ups in our project, we should carefully plan out all our meetings. This plan will include who will be there, what we’ll talk about, and what each meeting will achieve.
We’ll also make sure everyone knows what they’re responsible for, with clear deadlines and a person in charge for each task.

Construction
During the construction phase, clients will receive frequent updates about the schedule and budget.
They will also have the opportunity to safely visit the site, supervised by the YVR Group. Additionally, the YVR Group will regularly share photos to demonstrate the progress of the construction.
Meetings held during this phase will be documented with minutes that detail the discussions and decisions made, and these records will be quickly shared with everyone involved.

Turn-over
The turn-over phase will include the final walk-through and the orientation. At this time the following issues will be addressed:
- Verification on the compliance of construction quality and specifications
- Orientation of client in the operation of the home
- Training of client in home maintenance
- Delivery of maintenance and operation manuals
- Delivery of project’s as-built package
- Familiarization with the home warranty service program
- Arrange for the client to receive the home keys in order to move-in
